Whilst we are a young company we don’t take up all projects that come our way, even if they are highly profitable. A pre-defined feasibility study is done for every project before we sign them on. And no, this study doesn’t focus on the bottom line! We primarily look at what value the project can add to our people and help in their growth, and in turn what value we can add to the client.

GENESIS
Vertical: Data Management Systems

Project Genesis, Hesda’s pilot process started in April 2010, serving Bureau of Skills Assessment, a leading Accredited Assessing Body under the MES Scheme of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment. The project involves verification, analysis, digitization, and storage of data for a population of more than 3.5 Lakh skilled candidates. Our Value-addition
Hesda’s document management service will help you efficiently manage your important and confidential documents and retrieve it immediately whenever needed. We use high speed scanners that can scan and store thousands of documents in a day in various formats. Systems are implemented to ensure that all hard copies are scanned and transformed into electronic data in a highly-secure environment and stored on any media that our clients prefer.


KANGAROO
Vertical: Information Solutions

Project Kangaroo was started in May 2011 and involves in-depth search, extraction, analysis and population of private company data from Down Under. The end database is estimated to contain verified data of more than 2 million Australian companies.

We constantly train and upgrade our analysts on new methods of data sourcing and better analyzing practices to ensure productivity growth and end-client value addition.


EAGLE
Vertical: Information Solutions

Project Eagle was started in June 2011 and is a data extraction process which feeds into a US-based business directory. We search, extract, analyze and populate business information from the internet into an indexed repository. Our analysts also write these companies’ profiles and product descriptions, both of which demand astute analysis and writing skills.

Whilst this process demands high turnaround numbers, we don’t forget to give each company its deserved time and focus. Every single company’s profile is carefully scrutinized to ensure simplicity and description accuracy. Our analysts approach every company as if it were our own thereby providing a value-addition that is hard to rival.


CARBON COPY (CC)
Vertical: Data Management Systems

As the name goes, Project CC involves transfer of data from consolidated paper format into a database. We capture details of US Payday loan customers into software which then creates a database in the background. This project was started in August 2011 with a team of ten highly-efficient Data Analysts who turn around numbers with high consistency. Project CC is strictly driven by numbers and quality in equal measure.

Our Value-addition
We ensure adherence to all deadlines and standards are achieved with a thorough quality control system in place. Our target is set at 100% accuracy (higher than the client SLA) with stringent turnarounds to be met. Given the high stress this kind of job can produce, our analysts are constantly motivated, engaged, and energized by the management.

TECKIE RECKIE
Vertical: Manpower Services

Project Teckie Reckie has been in motion since October 2011. Through this project, Hesda caters to the IT workforce domain in the United States by acting as a virtual office for Stamford Solutions – a staffing company located in New Jersey. A complete voice-based project, Teckie Reckie involves sourcing, marketing, and placing IT Professionals in the American job market. Whether it is Java, PeopleSoft, or QA we handle all skill sets with élan and turn around placements accurately and consistently.

Our Value-addition
Hesda’s endeavor towards adding value to people is reflected in the way we source our Consultants for placements. A rapport is built with every Consultant and we ensure each one’s professional preferences and desires are met always, while striving to exceed their compensation expectations by working closely with Vendors and direct employers. We also add value to our Vendors and Clients by ensuring their vacancies are closed within timeframes and the right candidate is sourced for the position, thereby creating a two-way value proposition.
